Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are looking for Accommodation Client Manager.

The identified resource, who will fit within our Accommodation division will be responsible for the following activities:


-Managing and overseeing all aspects related to accommmodation services for each Fas (functional areas)

-Being able to secure accommodation ad function spaces to meet accommodation needs of any client group.

-Build strong relationship with each stakeholder and at the same time with Accommodation providers.

-Managing the incredibly high number of requests from the various stakeholder groups throughout the geographic dispersive accommodation areas, and the large amount of accommodation data and financial information.

-Coordinating the accommodation process (contracting hotels – allocation rooms to stakeholders– working on the supply and demand)

-Communicate and cooperate with each Functional Areas in order to guarantee accommodation services and meet the needs of each Client Group.

-Organizing Site Visit with stakeholders around all the Clusters.

-Building relationship with all the Accommodation providers.

-Develop efficient Accommodation reports and data analysis methods.

-Work closely with the back office team of the Accommodation suppliers.

Requirements

-Experience in the local Hotel/Tourism Industry at least 10 years.

-Fluent English.

-Good organizational and reporting skills.

-Good knowledge of revenue and booking strategies.

-Ability to multitask and perform in fast-paced, multicultural environments (desirable)

-Good Knowledge of Milano and possibly the mountain areas (Cortina, Val di Fiemme, Anterselva, Valtellina) (desirable)

-Past games experience (desirable)
